Jenna Raymond, LCSW
has a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. She has been counseling adults since 2016 and has worked in inpatient and community crisis settings since 2013. As a therapist, she believes all people have the innate capacity to change. Sometimes, we all need some help sorting out how!
She comes from a holistic lens, where she views her clients as individuals first and strives to understand how clients’ cultures and communities impact their lives. Clients describe her as compassionate, goal-oriented, and direct.
Finding the right fit with a therapist is important before diving in; that’s why she offers a free, 30- minute meet and greet, either over the phone or via telehealth, to allow all clients to ask questions before starting this journey together.
No one belongs here more than YOU.

Areas of Treatment
Depression and Anxiety
Do not suffer in isolation and hopelessness. Anxiety and depression are very treatable conditions.
Life Transitions
Life is full of change. If you're struggling with that change, a little therapy may be all you need to make the next chapter of your life the best one yet.
Trauma and EMDR
Your trauma matters. You deserve to unload the pain you carry and find healing.
Substance Misuse or Addiction
Maybe you are unsure if you experience substance misuse or addiction, but you want a different relationship with substances. You do not have to suffer in silence; non-judgmental therapy can help.
Young Adults
Young adults face unique problems and report higher stress than many other age groups. COVID-19 has also disrupted traditional young adult landmarks, such as getting a job or going to school.
Life Crises
A crisis is any event which exceeds a person's ability to cope. That event may seem overwhelming, but you can learn to manage your reaction and emotions, which will then help you solve the problem.
Self-Esteem
Low self-esteem does not have to be a permanent fixture in our lives. No matter how long you have struggled with self-esteem, it is possible to learn to forgive yourself and change your self-perception.
Personality Disorders
The impact of growing up with, or having a long-term relationship with, a person who has a personality disorder—such as narcissism—can be profound. Have you ever been in a relationship that feels toxic or draining? Maybe you are in one now. Therapy can help with detachment, boundaries, and emotional healing.
LGBTQ Community
Gender identity and sexuality are core parts of our identity as humans. However you identify, therapy at Poudre Psychotherapy Partners is a safe space to explore both of these issues.
Approach
Solution Focused Brief Therapy
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a short term treatment approach that focuses on a person’s present and future goals instead of past issues.
Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an integrative approach that assumes people have multiple parts of themselves with different desires or roles. IFS also recognizes individuals cannot be fully understood without understanding relationships to their community or family.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming (EMDR) is a therapy in which disturbing memories are reprocessed to reduce the distress associated with the memories and allow healthier functioning.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based approach for many different concerns such as anxiety and depression. CBT focuses on challenging unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors to improve emotional regulation and self-awareness. A summary of CBT is “change the way you think to change the way you feel.”
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing (MI) helps resolves ambivalence and increases internal motivation to change behaviors. MI is often used to address physical health changes, addictions, and life transitions.
Narrative Therapy
Narrative Therapy helps people understand and explore the stories they believe about themselves, their past, and their future. This type of therapy helps clients identify and separate those unhelpful stories from who they are, examine them more objectively, and then create new stories to guide the future.
