Jenny Levin
is completing an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University. She brings a calm, safe, intentional presence to therapy and meets you where you are, without judgment. Through counseling, Jenny invites you to take time to pause, explore your feelings, and move forward with curiosity and hope.
Jenny takes a holistic approach and uses methods that are best suited to your needs. She also prioritizes authentic connection along with a healthy dose of humor and realism. Jenny will work with you to build self-compassion, reframe problematic narratives, understand your inherent strengths, and develop concrete strategies to increase your resilience.
When choosing a therapist, please don’t settle for someone you don’t really like, or someone who might not be able to help. Jenny offers a free, 30-minute consultation where you can get to know her and decide if she’s the right fit.
